So papers have always been my downfall in life. I'll read, make a graph, collect data, but ask my to write papers and I will wait to the very last minute to get it done. It must be in my DNA, I just either need to be in the right mood to write a paper or I need to do it right before it is due, at the last minute possible. crazy, stupid, I know. I've tired I have issues, what can I say. Sunday school and church was really really good today:) really. Okay, off to watch the new Family Guy and try to take some notes for my papers. woot!

lazy Saturday

Yikes, it's Saturday and this week is over. It's been a really long week at work, but I feel like I've been pretty lazy at home all week, which is good, when papers are due on Mondays... Nothing to excited going on and I am still head over heels in love with my sexy Cube, no surprise there though! I'm almost finished with my kid's state assessment, so that feel amazing!! Now I need to start back on 2 IEPs.

Lately, I've been feeling a little home sick. Which is weird for me. I mean I love my family to death but lately I've really missed just hanging out with my brothers and grandparents. Makes me sad to think about it so I shall right no more :)

In other happy news, I'm 9 out of 24 books in for my New Years Resolution. Yes, this adds to my being lazy at home section of my life. Speaking of that I need to go and start/finish my 2011 calendar I was making myself, because well January is almost over...

the price is right

Hey, look, it's my new car!! Well it will be tomorrow once I go and sign the papers and everything works out okay. I'm really excited, I never thought I'd be the type to fall in love with a car, but guilty! It started about a month ago when I was just browsing cars online and I was like oh I wanna look inside these ugly toaster cars! Then I looked at them closely and then I started drooling....I dunno I guess I love it because it's quirky and has personality. okay. I need to get back to working on my project, especially since I wanna take a break and eat dinner at sometime :)

2011

Well it's 2011, maybe some honesty is needed. Honestly, I've always been really attracted to red heads. Yet, lately I've been thinking that I could never marry a red head, because I can't imagine ginger pubes would be attractive....hah. Random, I know I was just thinking about it lately.

So as my little brother said on his fb, "I forget what it feels like not to be sick." I've been sick sick sick since December and I hate it, so much... I wish my snot was gold, because I would be a millionaire!

I'm already behind on grad school, so much for staying ahead with this new semester...eh.

Oh Dwight had his balls chopped up. He has been thanking me by throwing up everything he eats. He's a real sweet heart like that.

2011

Well it's 2011 and I have no clue how that happened. honestly. Life has just been flying by.
2010 had some amazing moments and also some horrible no good ones.

Usually I make a New Years resolution, so this year I want to read at least one book a month. Lately I've been reading like a mad woman, but I know I go in spurts and it will be short lived, so if I do at least one a month I should be good.

I also don't want to get behind on grad school work, but that's just a common goal for life...not getting behind. hah

oh fall

I kinda feel like I might have gone a little bit insane this past week. A lot has been going on and it's been emotionally draining and just makes me a little crazy, I won't lie. I have been putting off this paper like I'll get a disease if I actually finish it...

Also, it's fall and I love to bake. But I'm not baking, so sad I know, pity party for me. And I need some more snuggling in my life :) Fall is cold y'all!

my bad attitude

Sometimes when I'm in a certain situation or bad mood, I often am like, "ok God this fulfills a purpose in my life because...." True, if you know me it is no surprise I get some 'tude every now and again. This became quite apparent to me the other night when reading through my prayer journal. I wrote, "God help me with these cats and your need to have them pee all over my apartment." Hah...if I only knew they'd start puking every other day, I would have stuck with the once a week pee from Mose.

So today on my way to work, I was walking to the card hands full, in a rush, as usually, and SMACK. Fell literally face forward unto the ground....banged up a lot of things and managed to hurt my shoulder in the process. Thank God no one was there to witness it, well at least God spared me from seeing anyone watching me.

Work has been pretty good. Grad school has been okay, lacking motivation big time, but it'll come back I'm sure. I feel like lately I've been fixated on taking a vacation or just a break...ha. Friday is a skating party and we don't even have school the next Monday or Tuesday, so I am kinda getting a break anyways. oh well, I'll save those special sick days for beautiful spring days where I can lounge on the balcony reading a silly chick lit book. awww can't wait. Or maybe I can call in sick for tomorrow, I am in serious in pain. Well I should get back to my annoying paper and then sleep. At least I've been making myself get good sleep this week, so I've been awake and getting a ton done at work. :D...at home not so much

beautiful

The OBX was beautiful....not as beautiful as peace. I'm getting closer and closer to having peace through God's help and that is just beautiful.
